AKA The Dirty Pair
I don't know who the models are for this one, but I really wish I did. They did my favorite cosplay for the year, and not because they're in silver skimpy outfits.
I love the Dirty Pair.
I've read the Adam Warren graphic novels, I've picked up the first of the translated novels from Darkhorse, and the five issue mini series from Viz, and so on.
The Dirty Pair are awesome, and these Lovely Angels did a wonderful job of cosplaying the Adam Warren version of them.
I was told by one of my buddies that Yuri is the same girl who cosplayed Mink earlier in the day.
Still I would have loved to have had more time to take photos. IF it hadn't been so cold that night, I would have liked to do a mini photo shoot inside that drop off area at the convention center where all the construction was going on. That would have made a perfect background for them, plus the lighting would have been so much better than it was inside the hotel.
If you Lovely Angels plan on wearing these costumes again, please allow me the pleasure of a real photo shoot with you. And I really hope you ladies are at Anime Iowa.
